Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the Analyst Performance Tracker platform operated by the Prague Club of Investors.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

The platform is exclusively available to members of the Prague Club of Investors who possess an email address ending with @klubinvestoru.com. By registering, you represent that you meet this eligibility requirement.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify administrators immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform:

  • For any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • To upload malicious code, viruses, or any other harmful content.
  • To attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts or to the platform’s infrastructure.
  • To upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights or contains confidential information of third parties.

5. Data Ownership

The data you upload (CSV files, analysis information) remains your property. By uploading, you grant the platform a limited license to process, store, and display that data for the purpose of providing the service.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of stock prices, performance calculations, or any other information provided by the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Prague Club of Investors and its administrators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

9. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic.
